Reyna Estrada is an editor at FoodService Director. She has been with the publication for almost two years and focuses on sustainability, college dining and all things on-site food service. Previously, Reyna has also written for FoodService Director’s sister publication Restaurant Business, covering sustainability in the restaurant industry. Before joining Informa, Reyna spent years working in foodservice, eventually managing a Panera Bread location.
Reyna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Roosevelt University where she studied Journalism, Media Studies and Political Science.
Reyna has a passion for plant-forward fare and also loves all things breakfast. Outside of food, Reyna enjoys reading murder mysteries, painting and hanging out with her three cats.
