LaTosha Marks is the Vice President of Human Resources for Proof of the Pudding, a leader in food service management and catering for state-of-the-art convention centers, sports and entertainment arenas, college stadiums, landmarks and cultural venues. 
 
A seasoned Human Resources professional, LaTosha has over two decades of experience specializing in employee relations, training and development and payroll administration. With a strong track record of leadership and management training, she excels in recruitment, conflict resolution and compliance investigations. 
 
LaTosha’s extensive expertise in labor and employment law, coupled with her ability to drive organizational changes and establish strategic partnerships makes her a valuable asset in cultivating a positive employee experience and enhancing employee relations. 
 
Prior to joining Proof of the Pudding, LaTosha held key Human Resources roles with Crews, Hooters of America, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. She resides in Atlanta.
