As the Head of Content for Restaurant Conferences and Foodservice Events at Informa Connect, Emily spearheads integrated conference programming for RLC, FSTEC, GRLC, Global Supply Chain Summit and Menu Directions.
Emily brings over 20+ years of experience in the industry specializing in content planning, experiential marketing, B2B innovation, business development, event activations, influencer partnerships, high-profile media engagements and strategic initiatives designed to help food and beverage companies sustain profitable growth.
Emily earned her degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in Nutritional Science and Culinary Management, and a secondary degree in Meeting and Event Planning from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Her career has spanned the coasts from California to NYC and back, working with both domestic and international brands on a global level. Emily is also a published food journalist and is a true culinary enthusiast- who loves to cook and create. She currently runs a food passion project and social channel all about pizza with her husband Mark from her home in Santa Barbara, CA.
