Fees and Registration Types

An individual who works for a restaurant or noncommercial foodservice operation (i.e., healthcare, C/U, military).  

Registration fees are complimentary for those who have received an invitation, thanks to the support of our sponsors. Please contact Mark Hatch at mark.hatch@informa.com for more information.

An individual who works for a company that is a sponsor of the conference. Please register using your company specific invitation code.

If you represent a foodservice media/marketing agency and would like to attend Menu Directions on behalf of your client(s), you can register for a fee of $500 per person. Please contact Brandy Mulcahy at brandy.mulcahy@informa.com for more information.

The "Other" registration type is used for non-sponsoring industry suppliers, service providers and consultants. A registration fee is required to attend the conference and it will be charged during the registration process. Please contact Brandy Mulcahy at brandy.mulcahy@informa.com for more information on registration fees.

Set-Up ONLY:
An individual who attending with and/or on behalf of an approved and confirmed MenuDirections sponsor company.

This pass will allow access to the Exhibit Space during set-up hours only. This does not include those attendees who are working the booth for the duration of the conference.

As part of registration, set-up staff will need to provide a credit card and pay a non-refundable fee of $0.01 to secure their pass.

Should plans change, and any individual designated and registered as set-up participates in MenuDirections outside of the designated hours, they will be considered a sponsor attendee and be charged a registration fee.
