Jon Heinold has been in food service industry for over 30 years. Executive chef in restaurants, Corporate Chef for Food brokers, leading sales team in a culinary first approach. He has worked events at Aspen food and wine classic, the Preakness stakes and the Monster Mile in Dover assisting in executing high quality experiences feeding thousands of people. He implemented a complete Ramen program to the US Navy to feed 10-1000 sailors at a time. Currently he is the Corporate chef and Sales manager at Strauss Brands out of Franklin Wisconsin.
