Jane Foreman started her foodservice career at 13, washing dishes at the Jersey Shore, and has never looked back. With over twenty years of experience in various roles across sales and marketing in the industry, Jane has a deep passion for all things foodservice. As the Foodservice Manager for Potatoes USA, she now works to educate operators on the trends and benefits of potatoes and how they have a place on virtually every operator's menu.
Jane holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco and currently resides in Denver, CO.
