Cheryl Bauer, the Director of Supply Chain and Sustainability, has been with Notre Dame Campus Dining for 17 years in various capacities. She received her undergrad from Purdue with a BA in Hospitality Management and, most recently, her MBA from Creighton. She has over 36 years of experience working in, with, and around food.
In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband and three daughters when they are home from college. She is an avid gardener and looks forward to preserving the season's bounty.
